At Nature Climbing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next ascent, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and show no signs of outdoor use or chalk residue.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
